Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders are subject to additional shipping rates.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Your order should ship within 5 business days if your purchase is in stock. We will alert you by email promptly if an item is out of stock. If you require faster shipping please call us at 270-753-7200 or email us at sales@drake.net. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
